With holiday parties and New Year’s celebrations in the air we love the thought of festive crisp white wines like Sancere and Chablis. These pure wines of France, made with Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay respectively, see very little oak allowing the crisp delightful flavors of their grapes to shine through.

All Chardonnay, "this classic, pure, stainless steel-fermented Chablis is a steal." This wine maker "knows that quality begins in the vineyard" and tends the soil and vines appropriately. He keeps yields very low. The result is a beautiful wine that is full of bright soft fruit with exciting "nervy, flinty, and minerally flavors and sensations. Grown in the commune of Chichée, southeast of the town of Chablis, it is pure French delight.
