Salute is enjoying immense popularity since opening a few months ago. I had shied away for some time due to reports of very high ambient noise. It was a quiet week night so we decided to give Salute a try nevertheless. Even on a week night every table was eventually filled. While other restaurants are lagging Salute, and Raymond's of course, are filling their tables every night.
