Found this great summer sparkling wine that is perfect for parties, at the beach, by the pool or just any occasion.
Tutidi, the Piemontese word for "Everyday", is a tantalizing red wine made from the aromatic Brachetto grape found in the Piedmont region of Italy.
It is gently sweet and full of fresh raspberries and cherries flavors. I added some lemon and mint which was a perfect touch. Sells for between $9 & $14. Available throughout NY & NJ.
It comes in a full litre bottle sealed with a soda cap and has a clip cap to reseal for tomorrow. Just so much fun.
This wine has all sorts of cocktail potentials as does the white version of Tutidi made with aromatic Moscato Bianco, also a native grape to Piedmonte, it is a delicious fruity wine with a gentle sweetness. The best part is the distinct sage and green leaf aromas alongside lemon blossoms and white tea. A great everyday wine or one to enjoy alongside a light cake or fruit. Drink chilled.
Could be the base for a killer Sangria.
The low 7% alchohol content makes it easy to drink in the hot summertime.
