It seems we are all tired of concocted technological creations that bear little resemblance to what nature intended and make us feel yucky. We want the real stuff, the good stuff.

Slow Food and Slow Food NYC presents the first-ever English publication of the exciting ne Slow Wine Guide, published by Slow Food International, at a walk-around wine tasting featuring over 140 wines from 60+ Slow Wine producers.

Slow Food is launching its first-ever wine guide in English, Slow Wine, which adopts a new approach to wine criticism and looks at a variety of factors to evaluate wineries in their entirety, taking into consideration the wine quality, typicity and adherence to terroir, value for money, environmental sensitivity and ecologically sustainable viticultural practices.
